Liability - warranty

DMaison Père SAS and the client will come together to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued.If the case of force majeure lasts more than three months, the general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.
If one or more stipulations of the general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will keep all their force and their scope.
The fact that one of the parties does not take advantage of a failure by the other party to any of the obligations referred to in the general conditions cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in cause.
Applicable law - competent jurisdiction
ATThe general conditions are subject to the application of French law.
